Location: The Wolf Den, Juan de Fuca
The details: $475+ per night, plus fees (sleeps six)
The amenities: Inspired by the West Coast, The Wolf Den backs onto the beautiful China Beach Park and is situated on two acres in Jordan River. It is a little slice of pure heaven made for exploring, relaxing and being with nature. The modern, three-bedroom house has three king beds, a Bertazzoni stove with hand-built details, your very own wood-fired cedar sauna, outdoor cold tub, outdoor shower, star-gazing spot and numerous covered deck spaces to enjoy. So whether you’re roasting marshmallows over the fire pit or getting comfy next to the log burner and reading a book, this place is designed to remind you to take five. Described as ‘where the forest meets the ocean’, just a short 10-minute hike down a private fern- and mushroom-filled trail leads you to a secluded rock beach perfect for seal watching and taking in the sights. This peaceful home has everything you need for a perfect getaway and we’re sure you’ll never want to leave.
