Deftly tiptoeing the line between sculpture and appliance, this whisk has only one mantra: just beat it!
The “Beater” whisk comes in a variety of colours
More like a small sculpture than a kitchen tool, the whisk opens and closes by sliding the ring at its centre, which doubles as a hanging fixture.
The trio says they were motivated by the romantic notion of creating something to make the world a better place – in this case, a kitchen innovation that fuses beauty and brains.
Beater was awarded a 2012 Red Dot Design Award for its novel design.
