Valentine’s Day Drink Recipe: Hy’s Love Is Love Cocktail

Hy’s “Love is Love” Valentine’s Day cocktail combines a perfectly balanced blend of gin, sparkling wine, Aperol and Cointreau for a refreshing and bright libation. Garnish with edible dried rose petals or fresh raspberries and feel the love.

A Valentine’s Day Cocktail Recipe from Hy’s

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Botanist gin
  • ½ oz Aperol
  • ½ oz Cointreau
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 3 drops cherry bitters
  • 4 oz Domaine sparkling wine
  • 4 raspberries

Instructions

  1. Muddle raspberries in a shaker.
  2. Add gin, Aperol, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup, cherry bitters and ice. Shake to the count of 10.
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe and top with sparkling wine.
