Hosted by the Kamloopa Powwow Society, this three-day event celebrates traditions through mesmerizing drumming, dance performances, authentic regalia and mouthwatering cuisine. Held at the Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc Special Events Facility (the Arbour), it’s a vibrant gathering that embodies First Nations pride and cultural richness. And if you’re in town just before that on June 21, don’t miss the National Indigenous Peoples Day celebration at Riverside Park from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm and then from 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm at Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc Special Events Arbour for a Drone Light Show.
