Scanpan cookware compromise

A review of ScanPan, as part of a series on Teflon alternatives for non-stick cookware by Saul Brown

Scanpan cookware is made in Denmark and has no PFOA. It still has PTFE, like all Teflon products and all the conventional non-stick products we’re all so used to seeing, but what sets Scanpan apart is quality, ergonomics and a ceramic-titanium non-stick surface. Basically: it’s a better mousetrap; still dealing with rodents but happier healthier ones.
