Q: Our strata would like to try and reclaim a strip of land approximately 20′ deep that is overgrown with blackberry bushes. When the building was completed 34 years ago, it was more cost effective to fence in the level ground and leave the hill portion with just large rocks unfinished. Since this 20′ strip runs the length of 1 1/2 buildings, we are looking at a fair amount of property that we are paying taxes on but are unable to utilize. Any suggestions? —Shirley
