The Details: Located in the Fairmont Pacific Rim plaza, the Oakridge x Pac Rim Patio experience is inspired by the planned 10-acre park at Oakridge, and is the perfect place to enjoy a bite to eat and sip a cocktail. The grassy patio features individual fire pits, lounge areas and umbrella-topped tables, with live music Sundays through Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Fridays to Saturdays from 12:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Seating is available on a first come first serve basis.

Executive chef Damon Campbell’s new food truck stands centre-stage, with feature menu items including the spicy tuna hand roll, Asian crunch noodle salad, and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. And beverage director Grant Sceney has assembled handcrafted cocktails for the event, featuring a rotating collection of gin, craft beers on tap, and a wine list featuring rosé from cult-favourite B.C. vineyards.
