Doing this a little different this year, four of Vancouver’s most loved, picturesque restaurants, The Teahouse, Seasons in the Park, Cardero’s and The Sandbar are celebrating the Thanksgiving season by offering prepared ‘Thanksgiving Dinner for Two’ takeout meals alongside their traditional dine-in dinner services. Each dine-in experience is priced at $42 per person whilst the take home option is $69 for two.
Situated in the heart of Stanley Park, The Teahouse Thanksgiving dinner offers a choice of roasted butternut squash soup or autumn salad, followed by traditional turkey served with mashed potatoes, chestnut stuffing, veggies, sage apple jus and cranberry sauce. And for desert, guests can indulge in sticky sweet caramelized apple cheesecake with cranberry glaze and hazelnut crust.
The floor to ceiling windows in Vancouver’s Seasons in the Park are not the only draw this Thanksgiving. Dinner includes an appetizer choice of butternut squash soup or a harvest salad, a main course of oven-roasted turkey served with mashed potatoes, cranberry herb stuffing, autumn vegetables, cranberry sauce and pan gravy, plus classic pumpkin pie with whipped cream for dessert.
Coal Harbour hotspot Cardero’s Thanksgiving dinner menu starts with a butternut squash soup or kale rustic salad, followed by an oven-roasted turkey accompanied by buttery mashed potatoes, pork and herb stuffing, autumn vegetables, cognac pan jus and traditional cranberry orange sauce with a pumpkin cheesecake to finish.
Granville Island icon The Sandbar will be offering butternut squash soup or fall salad to start, followed by a main course of oven roasted turkey with sage au jus, garlic mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, candied carrots and stuffing accompanied by a pear and cranberry chutney.
