The Vancouver Fair Trade Coffee Network supports coffee suppliers who establish long-term relationships with bean producers and buy only from suppliers who pay workers a fair wage.

Most fair-trade coffee is organically shade-grown on small farms, reducing the destruction of trees and the use pesticides and chemicals.
