Gather your family for the Family Day Campfire at Pacific Spirit Regional Park in Point Grey. This cozy event will take place in the centre of the park and will include songs, stories, and treats such as hot chocolate and, of course, roasted marshmallows.

The Commercial Drive Business Society is presenting Family Day on the Drive at Britannia Ice Rink. Come enjoy free ice skating, a lion’s dance performance in honour of the Chinese Lunar New Year, hot drinks, a balloon twister, a caricature artist, plus more fun activities for the whole family.

South Arm’s celebration of Family Day will have plenty of great activities for all ages including an open gym, Zumba classes, floor hockey, drop-in badminton, and an all-day games room.

The Children’s Arts Festival is a great event to celebrate Family Day at if you have children under the age of 12. The festival allows kids under 12 to get involved in numerous workshops led by professional artists and performers. Children will be able to yo-yo with Canadian Champion Harrison Lee, fly kites with prominent kite-flyer Tristan Underwood, and much more.

New West’s Anvil Centre is holding a slew of activities for Family Day. The event will include a magic show, a clown, a photo booth, face painting, a Nintendo game zone, arts and crafts stations, and much more.

Surrey Sport & Leisure Complex’s Family Day celebration includes family dance aerobics, an active living fair, a family swim, and children’s skills workshops which will focus on First Aid and CPR demonstrations.
