Welcome Fall at the Autumn Shift Festival – September 15 Head over to Main Street (from Broadway to 12th Ave) on September 15 for the annual Autumn Shift Festival. This family-friendly street party has great music, delicious treats, loads of free activities for kids and a community fashion show at 3:30 pm. Groove to Voices in the Park – September 15 Want to see Sarah McLachlan, Stevie Nicks, Bryan Adams, Jann Arden and Hedley all perform live on one stage? Of course you do! And you can, on September 15 at Voices in the Park, at Stanley Park. All proceeds from this fundraising event will go to The Sarah McLachlan School of Music, so not only do you get to enjoy a night of great music, you can feel good about being there, too.

Wine & Dine at the O! Osoyoos Celebrates Festival – until September 16 If you’re thinking a fall weekend in wine country would hit the spot, check out the first annual O! Osoyoos Celebrates, a wine and food fest saluting the fab flavours of the South Okanagan. Held from September 14 to 16, it’s set to roll out a Red Carpet Soiree and a Lobster on the Beach Feast — both hosted by Global BC’s Sophie Lui on Friday and Saturday — as well as a Sparkling Sabre Brunch on Sunday. Tickets are $150 for a weekend pass, with individual tickets priced from $35 to $85.
Bike Your Way to Spectacular Art – until September 19The Art Wheelers are guided bicycle art tours that explore Vancouver’s vibrant collection of public art along the city’s dedicated bike lanes. Tours run from Coal Harbour to Olympic Village every Wednesday evening from 6-8pm.
