Not camping? Need to get to the festival from Whistler? Hop a hassle-free shuttle bus to Pemby Fest
There’s nothing better than summer in beautiful B.C. Besides the gorgeous weather, barbecues and gatherings with family and friends, it is also time for one of the province’s most highly anticipated outdoor festivals—the Pemberton Music Festival, which runs from July 14th to 17th. With a musical lineup that includes superstar headliners such as Pearl Jam, The Killers, Noel Gallagher, Snoop Dogg and Ice Cube to name a few, it’s no wonder it’s the hottest show in town.
Part of the allure of the Pemberton Music Festival is also its stunning location at the foot of spectacular Mount Currie. However, reaching this oasis can sometimes be a bit tough, especially with summertime traffic. (Music fans who prefer to stay in a hotel don’t need to worry about traffic hassles, plus they get all of the amenities they crave, especially a shower after a day spent dancing in the sunshine to some great tunes.)
There is a hassle-free way to get to the Pemberton Music Festival though. The organizers of the popular fair offer shuttle passes with three convenient pick-up locations in beautiful Whistler. Can you think of anything better than letting yourself relax while you are being chauffeured to and from the festival in one of its large and extremely comfortable air conditioned shuttle buses?
Additionally, for those who have tried and failed to secure a camping spot at the sold-out campgrounds, festival organizers have recently opened up a limited number of camping spots. Act now as there are only a few spots available and they are expected to sell out quickly.
The shuttles will run round trip throughout the music fair. Shuttles are available Thursday to Sunday, beginning at 11:30 a.m. with the last shuttle leaving one hour after the music ends each day.
Fans who shuttle to Pemberton Music Festival have one less thing to worry about. Please note that the shuttle is for commuters only and not for campers.
