2025 felt like three years smashed all into one. But before we look ahead to what will likely be another jam-packed year, let’s first take a trip down BCLiving’s memory lane. These are the stories that you, the readers, loved the most this year. (And noted! We’ll try to keep it up for 2026.) Here are our top ten most-read stories of 2025.

With comforting wood tones and expansive windows letting in natural light, surrounded by green foliage, we love this single-floor home from the 60s as much as our readers do.

This past summer, the federal government introduced the Canada Strong Pass, which meant free admission and discounted camping fees at national parks and historic sites with Parks Canada. The pass was such a hit that the government extended it, including from December 12 until January 15, 2026, for families to enjoy Canada’s nature in winter.
