7 Ways to Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day Around Metro Vancouver in 2026

In search of some good ol' St. Paddy's Day shenanigans? Here are seven events to check out this weekend

It’s time to bring out the shamrocks and don your all-green outfits. Tuesday, March 17, marks another St. Patrick’s Day, and there are plenty of celebrations around Metro Vancouver to find your pot of gold in 2026.

1. The Barrelman: Spirits of Dublin Popup at The Ballyhoo

St. Patrick’s Day is already in full swing at The Ballyhoo Public House in downtown Vancouver. Celebrating the season’s Irish spirit, the restaurant has been transformed with lively themed decor and a special menu of quintessentially Irish pub fare (think picky bits, spice bag and curry chips) and drink features. Along with other locations across Canada from The Ballyhoo’s parent brand, Freehouse Collective, the resto-pub is also participating in the festivities dubbed The Road to Dublin in partnership with Jameson. Guests who order an Irish special menu item will also receive a scratch card for the lucky chance to win instant prizes and enter weekly draws.
