Brace yourselves for an evening of rhythmic harmony, as this contemporary dance performance is sure to leave you wanting more. This story explores human nature’s elusive aspects and employs the human body as a vessel to portray our mandatory conformity to societal ideals. The show follows five dancers as they create seemingly orderly movements that exude a sense of artificial harmony. This hypnotizing performance was choreographed by Compagnie Catherine Gaudet’s General and Artistic Director, Catherine Gaudet, with a minimalist score by Antoine Berthiaume. Vancouver Playhouse – 600 Hamilton Street, Vancouver; Tickets from $35; Details online.
