A family-friendly opportunity to see art, plus a silent auction and DJs.
A few weeks ago, ArtDarts reported on eatART’s eco-focused kinetic sculptures. The collective has been busy and are now revealing new pieces at a fundraiser.
The PowerSuits Promenade runs March 14, 2009, 7 p.m to 2 a.m., at the Hangar (577 Great Northern Way, at the Great Northern Way campus). Entrance is by donation (suggested $5–10) and members get in free.
Along with a family-friendly opportunity to check out the group’s work, the event features a silent auction. After 10 p.m., the party starts. Come hear local DJs Matt Johnson, Leigh Christie, Patrick Deady, DJ Vera and Tyler Fedchuck.
