Easter is this weekend! Amidst the oh-so-adorable Easter egg hunts and activities, take some quality time to celebrate the weekend with some of our top picks for Easter brunch, lunch, drinks and goodies around the Lower Mainland.

Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet is back at H2 Kitchen + Bar. Bites include a heirloom tomato salad with bocconcini and basil, Mediterranean orzo salad, shrimp ceviche and a classic smoked salmon platter. Brunch highlights include french toast with maple brown sugar walnuts, creamy scrambled eggs with wild mushrooms, huevos rancheros and maple smoked bacon, to name a few. And for dessert? Easter cupcakes, macarons, matcha strawberry tiramisu and a stunning chocolate fountain.

Hotel guests are also invited to celebrate early Easter Sunday with free interaction with bunnies and a couple of other feathered friends, courtesy of Metro Vancouver’s The Farm Friends.

This Easter weekend, Honey Salt is offering a variety of different activities and bites. Their Easter brunch features caramel honey bunny buns, other brunch favourites and special cocktails, mocktails and kid-friendly drinks. Enjoy the bright, colourful spring atmosphere. They also have Easter egg painting for kids, including egg painting kits, with eggs, markers and stickers.

3. Lavantine Restaurant & Skybar

Easter specials are back at Lavantine this weekend, where guests can indulge in a three-course brunch menu. Featuring an array of starters, such as babaganoush with house-made pita, beet salad and fried halloumi, with mains including a lamb benedict, avocado toast, smoked salmon on a Turkish simit bagel and spinach and mushroom eggs benny alongside an herb salad and batata harra potatoes. Guests also have the option of ordering seafood mezze platters.
