Yaletown is one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Vancouver—it's so walkable and there is so much to see and do and eat. Here are some my favourite shops, cafés, spas and more to visit when I'm spending the day in this downtown destination

With a focus on supporting local and eco-friendly brands, Fine Finds offers a wonderful selection of clothing, jewellery, accessories and home decor. The staff is always super helpful, so whether you’re shopping for yourself or for a gift, pop in and check out what’s in store at this neighbourhood gem.1014 Mainland Street
Self-described as “Canada’s premier luxury consignment destination”, Mine and Yours is another great boutique that offers an amazing shopping experience. I always find luxury designer pieces at such affordable prices. The shop is absolutely beautiful and the staff is incredibly helpful (trust me, they put together the best outfits that I wouldn’t even think of).418 Davie Street
Located just down the street from Mine and Yours is a longtime favourite of mine. The Cross Decor & Design opened at the corner of Homer and Davie in 2003 and now features 8,500 square feet of retail space filled with gorgeous furniture and home accessories. The store is so beautifully decorated that it makes it easy to envision the pieces in your own home. Here’s what I’ll be picking up for a spring refresh: the Bardot Basket for picnics; the Kira Box to store some necessities; and the Montauk Pure White Throw for chilly nights, just to name a few. But be sure to check out all of their new arrivals.1198 Homer Street
Yes, I included a grocery store—because I am obsessed with the beauty of Urban Fare and how they have elevated the food shopping experience. I get a few special items here that I can’t find anywhere else and I love the selection of local items they carry. Plus, if you get hungry while shopping, they have amazing options for grab n’ go bites, or they can make fresh items and you can sit down with a glass of wine or a beer inside or on their sidewalk patio.177 Davie Street, Vancouver
Small Victory is my go-to spot for coffee dates and meetings in Yaletown. They offer such high-quality baked goodies, excellent coffee, and professional service every time. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the location puts them right amongst most of the businesses on this list.1088 Homer Street
This is another local favourite that I have been supporting for years. The IV is a full-service health centre in Yaletown, featuring IV vitamin therapy (yes, actual intravenous needles). When I first visited them many years ago, my health was at an all-time low and I was feeling really burned out. Their IV vitamin “cocktails”, naturopathic experts, and supplements helped me get my energy back, so they definitely get my personal recommendation.1060 Homer Street
When I have an hour to kill and want to treat myself, I love to pop into Noir for a fresh set of lashes. It instantly revives this tired mama and makes me feel like my normal self again. The staff here does such a great job every time.1150 Hamilton Street
Frilly Lilly is the cutest nail spot you ever did see. It’s so beautiful inside and they do an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure every time. Not only is it comfortable if you’re going solo, but they also have the perfect setup for group pedicures with your girlfriends. This adorable salon is a must-visit for some pampering and shopping.#100-1168 Hamilton Street
I’ve been going to The Skin Girls for years and I love what they’re all about. Their skincare treatments are awesome and you’ll get glowing results. The lymphatic drainage massage is next on my list, but any of their body contouring and skin-tightening treatments are great for a little spring refresh.1057 Cambie Street
Form Body Lab is a holistic luxury wellness space that is committed to helping their clients achieve strong and healthy bodies. The team provides a tailored approach to individual needs through pilates, yoga, physiotherapy and RMT massage. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, wanting to build strength, or just add more healthy vibes to your routine, you’ll have a fully personalized experience in this state-of-the-art facility.#310-1152 Mainland Street
For all of your suiting needs, Indochino is the place to go. This Vancouver-based retailer allows you to create custom suits, shirts, blazers and more. Your garments are made to your precise measurements and shipped directly to your door within three weeks. The staff is incredibly helpful, but bringing a friend or partner to help is always encouraged.#102-1014 Homer Street
