Thousands flocked to a last-minute secret location in their snappiest white ensembles to eat and sip al fresco

White was all right on a beautiful late-summer evening for the second annual Diner en Blanc

Over 2,500 people brought picnics and their white sense of fashion to the lawn next to Science World. The strict dress code let Vancouverites channel their cool Parisian chic en masse.
