Transform your neck-warmer into an infinity scarf in no time.
Infinity scarves are oh-so-cute and work wonders with just about any outfit. Wear them tight for a lush and cozy look, or let them hang in looser loops for a casual dose of layering.
Different styles abound in stores and online, but the great thing is you can easily convert your regular scarves into infinity scarves yourself (for free!)—just another way to have fun with one of the most versatile staples in your closet.
For scarves of thinner fabric, simply tie the ends together into a knot, slide the loop over your head, then twist two or three times around the neck. Tuck the knot into one of the loops so it’s hidden, and you’re set!
This probably won’t work very well with thicker scarves, but if there are tassels at the ends, then you can just tie those together, perhaps split into two or three bunches.
For thicker scarves without end tassels, a safety pin will do the trick.
And when the mood strikes, simply undo and switch back just as easily.
Happy looping!
