Elegant calla lilies

For a crisp and ultra-elegant container display, try this stunning combination of Zantedeschia ‘Butterscotch’ (calla lily) with annual Helychrisum petiolare (licorice plant) and a few non-stop begonias.

Calla lilies grow best in full sun or partial shade. Keep them very moist until they become dormant, then withhold all water. Hardy only to zone 8, so overwinter in a greenhouse or garage where they will not freeze. Resume watering and put them outside again in spring once the danger of frost has passed.
