Palm leaf plates are made from materials that literally fall from the sky.

Palm trees naturally shed as part of their life cycle. The palm leaves are collected and washed, then placed in heat presses to be stamped into shape. That’s all that goes into creating palm leaf plates, bowls and cutlery.

Palm leaf plates are compostable

Palm leaf plates have no added dye, wax, or chemicals. They are oven, microwave, and freezer safe. When you’re finished with them, simply throw them in the compost bin. If you don’t have a compost bin, just tear them up into small pieces and bury them in the ground! 

Though palm leaf forks, knives and spoons are available for purchase, the palm leaf plates are strong enough to use with regular cutlery.
