Boulevard’s executive chef Alex Chen’s three-course Mother’s Day brunch menu ($59 per person) includes appetizer courses such as artichoke and burrata salad and Snake River Farm Wagyu beef carpaccio, as well as mains including traditional eggs Benedict and Italian sausage meatballs cocotte. Guests can treat mom to a gourmet three-course dinner for $65 per person, which features starters such as Sawmill Bay oysters and white asparagus salad, along with mains like classic chicken coq au vin and ‘Mama’s Sunday Roast’ with slow-cooked prime stripling.
