Cartems Donuterie takes their philosophy of friendly service and mouthwatering treats pretty seriously with a guarantee of smiles, conversation, and delicious doughnuts on every trip. All their doughnuts are made with local ingredients, and they even offer vegan and gluten free options.

Duffin’s Donuts is the only place in the city where you can grab a sprinkle-laden doughnut, bubble tea, and a torta sub literally any time you want. This 24-hour joint is known for having an expansive and eclectic menu, but, as the name implies, it’s their doughnuts that are the star of the show every time.

It might be a seabus trip away, but a doughnut from Harmony is worth the trip. Located in North Vancouver’s Upper Lonsdale neighbourhood, Harmony offers up bright treats with mouthwatering toppings. Just make sure to hit the bank first because they only accept cash.

Another haven for North Van doughnut fans is Honey Doughnuts in Deep Cove. They serve up brunch daily until 4 p.m., but make sure you don’t miss out on one of their no-fuss doughnuts for dessert. They come in three simple, delightful flavours that are the perfect way to fulfill any craving.

Some may say doughnuts are just another food fad, but Lee’s is solid proof that a good doughnut will never go out of style. They’ve has been satisfying Vancouver’s sweet tooth for well over thirty years now from their home in the Granville Island Public Market. They’re famous for their Honey Dipped, but any of their fresh flavours is the perfect accompaniment to a day spent wandering Granville Island.

Lucky’s does gourmet doughnuts like no one else. Everything from their glazes to their fillings is hand crafted and made from scratch. Their selection includes luxurious flavours like an Apple Bacon Fritter with maple glaze, a Pumpkin Doughnut with cream cheese icing topped with pumpkin seeds and pralines, and a wide selection of other regular and seasonal doughnuts.

If you think mini doughnuts belong only at the PNE then Richmond’s Outpost Mini Donuts may be the place to change your mind. They carry five classic flavours: Cinnamon Sugar, Powdered Sugar, Chocolate Icing with Sprinkles, Vanilla Bean Icing with Sprinkles, and Maple Icing with Sprinkles. For something more unique try one of their rotating seasonal flavours like Key Lime, Maple Bacon, and Salted Caramel.
