Coast’s diverse menu offering will delight any seafood lover with freshly shucked oysters from the chill bar, tiger prawns, seafood paella and other traditional brunch offerings. The carving station offers herb-rubbed Canadian prime striploin and whole Atlantic lobsters. Save room for dessert, with signature mini banana butter cakes and triple chocolate layer cakes as the perfect sweet endings.

Glowbal is back with their popular Mother’s Day brunch where you can enjoy a variety of delectable dishes. H2 Kitchen + Bar’s Mother’s Day buffet highlights curated local charcuterie board, brioche French toast, pan-seared wild salmon and lingcod medallions, assorted dim sum, Peking duck and a sushi display. Sometimes, buffets can be overwhelming. For those looking for a more curated menu, Black + Blue’s Mother’s Day brunch offers a set menu that starts with smoothies, and appetizers of your choice: avocado toast, heirloom tomato and burrata salad or wagyu carpaccio. Located inside Fairmont Pacific Rim, Botanist is offering a three-course brunch menu from Executive Chef Hector Laguna. The experience includes a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival and a hand-crafted cocktail. Guests can enjoy locally sourced Pacific Northwest fare with options like homemade crown pasta and hand-cut beef tartare, braised short rib, pan-seared sablefish, and oven-roasted prime rib.

Boulevard Kitchen and Oyster Bar

Boulevard’s three-course Mother’s Day Menu starts off with baked oysters with creamed spinach, garlic bread and wild oregano, or you can opt for the hamachi crudo with spring onion, cucumber and radish. For the main course, choose from Dungeness crab eggs Benedict, lamb merguez shakshuka, roasted ling cod and more. Finish with a dessert of mango pavlova or the strawberry rhubarb cheesecake.

Enjoy a family-style set menu that kicks off with an assortment of market pastries, including two varieties of croissants, scones, and cinnamon buns. Bruno’s seafood platter features West Coast oysters, mussels, and clams, salmon prepared two ways (gravlax and smoked) with dill mascarpone, prawn cocktail, and truffle lobster dip.

Perfect for a picnic at the park or a celebration at home, Aburi Market’s Mother’s Day Bento features a spread of sashimi and sushi, surf n’ turf items such as Iwate A5 wagyu, and miso-baked king salmon. It also includes a dessert spread of green tea opera cake, matcha roll cake, daifuku and coconama chocolate truffles. The bento set is good for four people.
