Acai Bowl Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup unsweetened frozen acai berries
  • ½ cup apple juice (you can substitute with your favourite beverage, for example any juice, almond milk, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp honey

  1. Blend everything into a soft-smooth texture
  2. Put into your favourite bowl.
  3. Add toppings (below).

Topping ideas

  • 1 cup granola
  • Bananas, sliced
  • Fresh strawberries, cut in quarters

  • Coconut flakes
