Shake up your day with a healthy avocado-based smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized avocados
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 16 ice cubes
  • 4 tablespoons agave nectar, honey or maple syrup

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses.

Serves 4
