According to the Canadian Farmer’s Almanac, Halloween night (October 31st duh!) in Vancouver will have stormy weather with milder-than-normal temperatures and a heavier-than-normal dose of precipitation. Which means two things:

These attractions tend to get more frightening after dark, so if you have little ones an earlier arrival time will lead to a less scary experience.
