The shopping options have been fairly limited in Vancouver for women sized 14-22, but the new 2,000 square-foot Toni Plus space in The Bay downtown should change all that.

Celebrating 20 years of bringing designer fashion to curvy gals, Toni Tiraborelli, president and founder of Toni Plus, visited Vancouver to promote her new shop-in-shop.

Tiraborelli works with the designers she carries directly, making sure the needs of plus-sized woman are addressed — from suitable fabrics, to super-flattering cuts — and ensuring that real style is emphasized. Fuller-figured ladies have been neglected for too long, and Tiraborelli’s mission is to change all that.

Toni Plus’s designer collections include Lafayette 148 New York, Oska, Elena Grunert, Not Your Daughter’s Jeans, and Eileen Fisher.

An exclusive Lafayette 148 New York online store was created just for Toni Plus’s website as well.
