North By Northwest Ventures Glenlyon Business Park is a 100-acre site located off Marine Way in Burnaby. North by Northwest Ventures has maintained it for 8 years. Their contract includes 10 buildings, one lot under construction and another empty lot. The client requires that North by Northwest does a series of five plantings throughout the year with the goal of having blossom color during all seasons. There are 33 feature planting beds located in the common area and on the individual building sites. The landscaping in the park is all native species except for the feature plants, which are annuals. There is a beautiful pond, an observation deck and a pathway for employees to enjoy. The entry to every building has a planting bed that changes with the seasons. The grass and the trees are always well-maintained with a manicured look. The maintenance is at level 2 for BC Nursery Standards.

Quilchena Green is an 85-unit town home complex located in the Terra Nova area of Richmond. Main features at this property include a beautifully landscaped pond on the inside of the entrance, as well as many specialty gardens that have a wide variety of plant material. Para Space Landscaping Inc. provides year-round maintenance service to this site, including all aspects of lawn care, pruning, garden bed work, and the general cleanup of the site. All plant health needs are carried out with an IPM approach, including fertilizing the lawns and plants, and the control of any pests. Para Space is also responsible for designing and installing the prominent flower displays at the entrance, fountain and clubhouse.
