Royal Spritz Cocktail

Toast Harry and Meghan with this regal cocktail featuring notes of lemon and elderflower.

When Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s nuptials married in 2018, St-Germain introduced the Royal Spritz, an elevated spin on their classic cocktail. The Royal couple chose a lemon elderflower cake by pastry chef Claire Ptak for their reception, and this drink incorporates those same flavours, creating a perfect homage to raise a glass for a regal toast. Cheers!

Ingredients

  • 1 part St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1½ parts Bombay Sapphire
  • ½ parts lemon juice
  • 1 part grapefruit juice
  • 2 parts sparkling rosé

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Serve in a Collins glass over ice.
