The beautiful taste and hue of matcha green tea is great when mixed with hot milk and sipped from a small teacup
Serves one 1 teaspoon (5 mL) matcha green tea powder 1 tablespoon (15 mL) hot water 2/3 cup (150 mL) warm milk or soy milk Honey or sugar to taste
Place matcha powder in a small bowl. Add a small amount of hot water and whisk to make a paste. Add the hot milk and stir. Add sweetener, if desired. Pour into a cup and enjoy.
