Mexico City’s hottest chefs are coming to Vancouver for three special collaborations at Homer St Cafe and Bar (Chef José Manuel Baños), Burdock & Co (Chef Mario Espinosa) and Cacao (Chef Gerardo Vázquez Lugo). Some of the restaurants will be serving part of their regular menu in addition to the Sabores CDMX tasting menu, which showcases the best high-end modern Mexican cuisine.

The exhibit features more than 130 majestic and diverse cultural garments—from exquisite Japanese kimonos to colourful Indian saris, draped and hung throughout MOA’s Audain Gallery—offering visitors an up close, 360-degree look at intricate stitching and complex weaving techniques.
