William Shatner guest stars as a drunk driver in the Rookie Blue season 3 premiere
William Shatner and Vancouver-based actor Gregory Smith have words in this week’s episode of Rookie Blue
Rookie Blue (New Season) 10 p.m., Global & ABC This Toronto-shot cop series returns for a third season, which finds the now-more-experienced rookies gaining a new perspective of life on the job and what costs it can have on their personal lives. Emmy-winner William Shatner guest stars as a confrontational drunk driver with a grudge against the police and a dark secret. It probably has something to do with T.J. Hooker being cancelled all those years ago.
Tattoo School (New Series) 7 p.m. & 9 p.m., TLC Based on last summer’s controversial special, this reality series follows a group of wannabes as they embark on a two-week course to become tattoo artists. The winner receives a “golden tattoo gun” designed to last his or her entire career.
Perez Hilton All Access 8 p.m., The CW The infamous blogger and gossip maven invites his pal Lady Gaga for a lengthy interview in which the two BFFs chat while cooking breakfast before heading to Australia, where the singer is seen in exclusive footage rehearsing for her concert.
So You Think You Can Dance (New Season) 8 p.m., CTV & Fox This popular dance competition kicks off its ninth season with a two-hour audition episode. This time out, returning judges Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy will be joined by an array of guest judges, including dancer-turned-director Adam Shankman (Hairspray), actress/choreographer Debbie Allen (Fame) and Modern Family’s Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (Season Finale) 10 p.m., CTV The murder of an underage escort during a bachelor party opens an investigation that becomes complicated when the detectives find out some very high-profile people were at the scene.
Awake (Season Finale) 10 p.m., NBC This surreal series takes a bizarre twist in tonight’s finale, in which Det. Britten’s two therapists somehow come together, meaning we may actually find out about the true nature of his dual realities when they come crashing together.
Fairly Legal 10 p.m., Showcase Kate enlists Ben’s help when she takes on a case at a local prison. Meanwhile, Lauren agrees to tackle a case that Leo has recommended.
