Howdy, Kids: A Saturday Afternoon Western Roundup

Back in the 1950s, Westerns were more than a staple for TV, they made up the majority of programming. This was also true for what kids wanted to watch. While some were happy with cartoons or Howdy Doody, many wanted to ride the range with their favourite Western heroes like Roy Rogers or Gene Autry. Now, with this 3-DVD set Shout Factory has brought together episodes from many of those classic shows including The Lone Ranger, The Rifleman, Sgt. Preston of the Yukon, Annie Oakley, The Cisco Kid and others. This would go perfectly with a bowl of cereal. (Shout Factory)
