American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez is "weighing and balancing and deciding," on whether or not to return to the reality TV show next season
Was JLo your favourite Idol judge?
Now that American Idol has crowned its new winner in Phillip Phillips, it’s time for the singing competition to begin making plans for next season. And the biggest unknown remains the status of judge Jennifer Lopez.
During an interview on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show on Thursday (May 24), Lopez says that she’s not certain what her fate holds as it relates to the show. The singer/actress/producer explains that her schedule remains the impediment.
“You know what, I love this show,” Lopez says. “I love it, I love it. We’ll have to see how everything falls, but it’s not because I don’t want to be here. It’s not that.”
She then says that her children, 4-year-old twins Emme and Max, may take priority over working on the highly-rated TV show.
“It’s a lot of weighing and balancing and deciding,” she adds.
Lopez has previously said that stories she’s definitely quitting the show are untrue.
“All I said was I haven’t decided what I am doing next year,” she recently writes on Twitter.
So, do you think JLo will leave the show?
