Mexico City’s hottest chefs are coming to Vancouver for three special collaborations at Homer St Cafe and Bar (Chef José Manuel Baños), Burdock & Co (Chef Mario Espinosa) and Cacao (Chef Gerardo Vázquez Lugo). Some of the restaurants will be serving part of their regular menu in addition to the Sabores CDMX tasting menu, which showcases the best high-end modern Mexican cuisine.
