“The rarest and sweetest rooster of them all,” this Riesling Icewine ($60) is a great addition to any Chinese New Year soirée. This decadently sweet vino has divine notes of candied lemon, honey and pineapple. Fittingly labelled with the winery’s rooster logo, this wine would be perfect bottle to crack open on January 28th.
